I was consulting with a large insurance company, tasked with finding white space.

The data was clear: the biggest untapped space wasn’t risk, wasn’t demographics — it was transition.

Everyone is in transition of some kind:

• Changing careers, or moving from job to business

• Divorce, or the birth of a child

• Moving cities, countries, or crossing hierarchies

• Emotional upheaval, midlife shifts, or personal loss
