Here’s how it works:
User enters their weight.
They get a plan for losing 1 pound.
Once they lose it, they enter again.
Next pound plan.
CO1: Pay per pound lost — a true pay-per-pound model.
It’s “pay-per-click” flipped into the physical world.
Why it works:
Simplicity. One pound feels doable.
Trust. People aren’t sure they can keep up with big programs. But one pound? Believable.
Results first. Each micro-win compounds into long-term transformation.
Aha — The market trusts results, not process. Flip the model: sell outcomes one unit at a time.
